Returns / Exchanges

Simply put, if you are not satisfied, you may return it. New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (shipping charges are not refundable). If you wish to return or exchange an item, simply fill out the form included with your order. Pack your return in the original or other suitable carton. Please do NOT place tape or shipping labels on the shoe box. For your protection please make sure you get a tracking number from your shipper. We recommend United Parcel Service, but you may select your preferred carrier.

How fast will I get my order?

Remember to add 2-3 business days processing time in addition to shipping time when calculating expected delivery date. If you need your shoes by a specific date please call toll free 1.954.556.8847 and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We know you want your shoes as soon as possible and we will make every effort possible to get them to you sooner than you expect. A STEP ABOVE ships exclusively via UPS. Typically, orders are shipped in 1-2 business days from date of your order. Our goal is to deliver 100% of our orders in 5 business days or less regardless of where in the U.S. you live, even with UPS Ground service.
